A single 3.5mm jack could be used for analog or optical audio out, or analog audio in. Retina display: 15.4-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit display with IPS technology 2880-by-1800 resolution at 220 pixels per inch with support for millions of colors. A 128 MB of "Crystalwell" embedded DRAM served as both a Level 4 cache for the CPU and a cache for the integrated graphics chipset. Actual usage varied with graphics load, resulting in slightly less RAM available for system use. Though reported as 1 GB, this was actually a minimum. The MacBook Pro's integrated graphics chipset used a portion of main memory as VRAM.
